• AI-powered answers to travel questions about Seoul, South Korea
• Community features including comments, votes, and bookmarks
• Searchable database of Seoul travel information
• User accounts for personalized experience

Important: All travel answers are generated using Google Gemini AI and should be verified with official sources before making travel decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account using Clerk authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (questions, comments, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• The right to use your content to improve our AI-powered service
• Permission to display your content to other users

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violates privacy or data protection laws

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

5. AI-Generated Content

By using our AI-powered service, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be 100% accurate or up-to-date
• You should verify critical information with official sources
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Travel information can change rapidly (prices, schedules, regulations)
• AI responses are based on training data and may not reflect current conditions

Images are provided by Unsplash and are subject to the Unsplash License. AI-generated content is produced by Google Gemini AI.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRST TIME SEOUL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the service
• Reliance on AI-generated content or user-generated content
• Travel decisions made based on information from our service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 for free users).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Time Seoul, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the service
• Your content or conduct
• Your violation of any third-party rights
